Ploma is a story! By coincidence purchased at the time that we in January 2006 the first transport to the Netherlands were to load. Once arrived in the Netherlands showed that, used to always have lived in the herd in freedom, she didn’t need any kind of contact with us. It was a difficult horse, it took a few months before we could put her a halter. Then she surprised us with a painted foal, Macchiatto, we had bought her as not pregnant. She became instantly the alpha mare. She is a mare of clear language to both horse and humans, but we can now trust 100% on her, and she on us. Although she is not the most beautiful mare at the farm, she is for us the most special. Ploma also has very good pedigree and she keeps surprising us with the excellent quality of her foals. Ploma is a very special mare! |
