We had seen Urgullosa as yearling at the breeder (a good friend) when she fell on us. Urgullosa comes from one of the best mare bloodlines from Menorca. This bloodline is known for breeding horses very correct with a very nice intense black color, well arched neck and baroque, spacious and elegant gaits. In Urgullosa we see it all back. She is a daughter of Malboro, breed champion 2007, and sub champion 2009. Malboro is also known for the breeding of very good built foals with excellent gaits and very good character. This is thus a very promising mare. It is a very sweet, social friendly horse, though she is occasionally somewhat mistrustful with new things and still a little bit inexperienced. |
